We always prioritize our quality standards and show meticulous attention to customer satisfaction in all our operations. In our services, we continue our consistent efforts to meet our customers’ demands by ensuring quality, freshness, and continuity.

We consistently offer our customers a uniform product. All products are cleaned, sorted, and machine-sliced without human touch during the order preparation process. After slicing, potato products are additionally soaked in water in 500-liter tanks to remove starch.

To maintain the taste and freshness of all vegetables, we utilize salt and vitamin C. Salt prevents the bitterness of the products while vitamin C enhances their durability. After completing the preparation stage, we vacuum-pack our products to deliver them safely to our customers.

At Pratix Food, we utilize industrial cutting machine technology for suitable ready-to-use vegetable products. Additionally, we perform peeling without human touch using peeling machines. The technologies we employ support our success in providing uniform ready-to-cook products that meet the demands of our valued customers.
